How an order moves

  1. Receive and store

    Stock arrives, is checked and is put away in the nearest warehouse.

  2. Pick and pack

    Each order is picked, checked and packed.

  3. Ship

    Parcels go out with tracking, inside the UK or abroad.

  4. Customs

    For cross-border orders we prepare the paperwork and classify goods for duty.
